All final payments must be in cash or through Zelle!!!! Deposits When booking your appointment you will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee, which is due the same day of your appointment in cash or Zelle ONLY. There are no refunds on services. I specialize in brow hair removal services, natural hair services, weave extensions, and healthy hair. No Guests Services involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus.Please do not bring guests to your appointment as they can be distracting during the procedure. No kids or pets are allowed Cancellation Policy If you cancel any appointments less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, your security deposit becomes your cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us forty eight (48) hours prior to your initial appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. Late Policy If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will need to re-schedule your appointment or pay a fee to stay. No-show's Policy If you are a no-show for your appointment without giving notice, this will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and possibly not able to book future appointments.
